The Fix's barista training workshops offer an easy to follow structure to the methods and techniques that our baristas and cafe managers used to win BEST BARISTA & BEST CAFE

Our coffee philosophy

We work with clients who appreciate the subjective nature of espresso coffee and who are willing to learn as much as they can about this addictive industry. We believe there is no right or wrong way to make espresso coffee. Our methods allow us to provide our clients with the most practically applicable training product on the market - its the closest thing you'll get to 'on the job training'. 

Training by Cafe Managers

Our training workshops are led by the same people that manage our cafes - The Blue Poppy at Morningside, Jimbo & Co at Wynnum and The Butcher at Lindum.  They offer you a real world method of training giving you the skills and knowledge to perform consistently in the busiest of espresso bars and cafes.
