Meet The Caffeine Consultants

Hello! And thanks for taking the time to have a look at what we do.

Our training workshops offer the most practical, current & credible hospitality training available. Coaching in soft skills gives our students an opportunity & an edge in careers that value transferable skills. Eye contact. Body language. Tone of voice. Confidence.
Some of the biggest issues facing the service industry are the loss of a customer focus in a service experience & the inconsistency offered in outlets serving food & beverage. We can solve these problems by identifying what employers want & giving students the skills to succeed in getting a job.
thefix CAFFEINE CONSULTANTS aim to bring the "service" back into the "food service industry" by personalising our training workshops, having real industry achievers as trainers and keeping our workshops small enough to offer individual attention. Nothing is achieved in larger classroom style training - we want our students to learn from the best, in a real commercial cafe training environment. Credible training - not accredited training.
It can be a hard game, in the food service industry. That's no reason to let our standards slide, both in the products we serve and the service we provide to our customers. We have adjusted industry training to provide a way of maintaining the art of espresso coffee & providing exceptional customer service. Lets have some fun & bring the service back to the food service industry at the same time.
